Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Where: United States only at launch.
• Production: MEGA Originals are made to order. Production windows come from our print partner and are listed on each product page.
• Delivery: after production, standard US shipping typically adds a few business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Cost: shown at checkout before you pay. [Free-shipping threshold to be decided.]

Pre-orders

• Pre-order items are produced in one batch after the drop closes and ship by the date shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
• If we can't make that date, we'll email you before it passes with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
• If you order a pre-order item together with an in-stock item, we ship them together when the pre-order is ready unless you ask us to split the order.

Returns and exchanges

• Made-to-order items: because each item is produced for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
• Israeli Brands items: return terms follow each brand's policy and are shown on the product page.
• Discover (affiliate) items: sold by other stores, so returns go through the seller.
