Pre-orders

How do pre-orders work?

For a drop, we take orders first, then produce one small batch when pre-orders close. You pay at checkout. The product page and your order confirmation show the ship-by date.

What if the ship date slips?

We'll email you before the ship-by date with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund if it doesn't work for you.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, any time before it ships. Email us with your order number for a full refund.

Orders

Who processes my payment?

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure hosted checkout. MEGA Israel never sees or stores your card number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

MEGA Originals are made to order, so production often starts within 24 hours. Email us right away and we'll do our best.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Each product page lists its production and shipping window. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Do you ship internationally?

At launch we ship within the United States only.

Products

Where are MEGA Originals made?

They're designed by us and produced on demand by US print and embroidery partners. We don't call anything "Made in Israel" unless the maker confirms it in writing.

What does "Sold by [merchant]" mean?

Items in Discover are sold and shipped by other stores. We link to them, and may earn a commission. Returns for those items go through the seller. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
